| Centrebus Offers Great Value We have an extensive range of tickets for different occasions. Of course, you can buy a standard single ticket on the bus when you board, and day return tickets are available on many services, but it's always worth considering a day, weekly, or combination ticket that could save you money, from the range below. Please note that return tickets are not generally available within the Leicester City or Hinckley Town areas. In these cases, a Day Ticket will probably offer you best value. Day Tickets
You can buy a Day Ticket from the driver of the first Centrebus you board, and then get unlimited travel in your area for the rest of the day. In the Leicester City area, a day ticket will cost you just £2.70, allowing unlimited travel on services 10,11,40,45,54A,70B and 81, and on our other services* when within the Leicester City area. The valid area is marked with a broken line, on the Leicester Bus Map which you can download HERE. In the Hinckley area, unlimited travel for the day on services 5,8,71,72,74,75,76,81 and 82 costs £3.50. This ticket is also valid on services 58,86 and 148 when in the Hinckley area. For travel further afield, our Leicestershire Day Ticket will give you unlimited travel on all* our services throughout Leicestershire for the day. * PLEASE NOTE: Centrebus Day and Season tickets are not valid on UHL service.. Leicester Flexi Ticket
Also offering you a complete day of flexibility within the Leicester City area, the Leicester City Flexi ticket offers the added advantage of being accepted for travel on the services of most other local bus companies, including First, Arriva, Kinch, Veolia and Stagecoach. It has the same area of validity, as shown on the Leicester map HERE. You can buy it from the first Centrebus you travel on, and the current price is just £4 for the day. Leicester Family Saver
With this great value ticket, up to 2 adults and 2 children can travel within the Leicester City area, as much as they want for the day, for just £8. The group must stay together when travelling. Buy the ticket from bus drivers. Leicester Two Trip Ticket (services 54/54A within Leicester City only)
Our Two Trip ticket on services 54 (between Leicester and Thurcaston) and 54A (throughout) offer even better value than a return. Price at just £1.80, you get two single trips which you can use within one week of issue. Buy the ticket from your 54/54A bus driver, and the next time you travel , just present the ticket for the second time. The driver will clip the ticket for you. Tango
If you normally buy a return ticket, take a friend and you will both get 15% off if you are travelling together. Tango is available for any journey with Centrebus in Leicestershire that standard returns are sold on. Just ask the driver as you board the bus. Weekly, Monthly and Annual Tickets
If you travel regularly within the Leicester area, our fixed price season ticket represents great value. Priced at just £8 for a week, £30 for a month, or £300 per annum, you can buy a weekly or monthly ticket from your Centrebus driver on any day of the week, or pre-order online by completing the Season ticket request form. Your annual season ticket will then be sent to you by post. Don't forget to ask your employer if you qualify for a tax-free season ticket loan. Within Hinckley Town, we also offer a fixed price season ticket for local travel. This is priced at £13 per week, or £45 per month, and can be purchased from bus drivers. If you travel to or from destinations outside the fixed price Leicester or Hinckley area, don't despair. We still offer a full range of season tickets, but the price you pay will be determined by the journey you make, and the ticket will then be valid between those points. The bus driver will be able to tell you the price, or you can contact us for a quote before you travel. * PLEASE NOTE: Centrebus Day and Season tickets are not valid on UHL service, or Leicester City Park and Ride.
