Student Ticketing with Centrebus
This page gives information on special student ticketing offers which are operating on some of our services.
With NUS Extra we are offering 15% off standard single and return fares on many of our services.
In East Hertfordshire and Essex, we are offering special student fares on our C2,C3,C4,311 (Lea Valley Connect) services along the Lea Valley between Epping, Waltham Cross, Hoddesdon, and Harlow. Please note these tickets are valid on Centrebus services only.
Local bus services in Northamptonshire previously run by Judge's Minicoaches are now provided by Centrebus. If you are student travelling to or from college on our services, the discount scheme run by Judge's has been discontinued, but there are a range of discount fares available to you, offering savings of around 15% on normal ticket prices, and also including discounts on term and annual travel tickets.
NUS Extra or Graduate Extra
If you hold an NUS Extra or Graduate Extra card, you can get 15% off standard single and return fares on our buses. Simply show your Extra card to the bus driver when you board the bus.
To qualify for an "NUS Extra" card, you need to be a student and pay the £11 annual membership fee. For more information on how to get an NUS Extra card visit

Centrebus Travel Club
To get 15% off our standard single and return bus fares, you can join our club. Centrebus Travel Club costs £10 for one year's membership. In return, we'll send you a discount card which you can use to claim your discount when you show it to the bus driver, and will also entitle you to other special offers from time to time. At the moment, Travel Club discounts are available on most of our services throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire, as well as on some of our other services as shown at
